Rollin' Down The River

In the afternoon, we joined a group of 8 plus our guide, Andy, on a 2-hour float down the Snake River in a rubber raft.

How peaceful!  Andy pointed out various animals as we passed by such as:  bald eagles, pelicans, hawks, geese, ducks and other birds.  Land animals were rare other than the occasional moose or elk.

But the scenery stole the show and was amazing as it changed as we slowly drifted downstream.

In Joan's opionion, this was the best excursion of our trip to date.  Truly fantastic!
